Safety Of Our Masseuses Is Paramount
Last week we had to decide to suspend working with one of our best masseuses in London. Unfortunately.
What happened? Amongst many protocols that are in place to guarantee the safety and well being of our masseuses, is the ETOC: the estimated time of check out.
When a customer books his outcall sensual massage and the masseuse has arrived, the massage session begins.
Depending on the chosen duration of the massage there is a moment when the masseuse must check out to the office. This is done by SMS. So when the masseuse has finished and is outside customer’s door, she must send an SMS to the office stating that all is well.
If she does not send that SMS at the estimated time of check out, the operator must imediately follow a protocol to verify that all is in order.
So earlier this week, when this masseuse did not send her check out SMS, our operator instantly took action. And as the masseuse did not repsond to our contact attempts, the customer did not reply to our calls either, the agency was on red alert. Emergency protocol was initiated and within 10 minutes the situation was cleared. The masseuse was safe and sound.
What had happened?
When she had finished her massage session she had simply forgot to notify our operator. She had left the customer and forgotten her phone – which was on silent mode. And as the customer was so relaxed he had fallen asleep, hence he did not respond to our calls on his landline, nor on his cell phone.
As this was the third time that such a thing had happened to this ohterwise excellent and very reliable masseuse, we decided that such irresponsible behaviour could no longer be tolerated.
Safety of our masseuses is paramount, and those girls who just forget their phone when leaving the customer or who fail to follow our check out procedure, we have no other choice than to terminate our relationship with them.
Our safety procedures are there for their well being and those who can not act professional, simply do not belong with a professional agency like Cloud9. It’s sad, but she left us no other option.
