Last week we had to decide to suspend working with one of our best masseuses in London. Unfortunately.

So earlier this week, when this masseuse did not send her check out SMS, our operator instantly took action. And as the masseuse did not repsond to our contact attempts, the customer did not reply to our calls either, the agency was on red alert. Emergency protocol was initiated and within 10 minutes the situation was cleared. The masseuse was safe and sound.
What had happened?
When she had finished her massage session she had simply forgot to notify our operator. She had left the customer and forgotten her phone – which was on silent mode. And as the customer was so relaxed he had fallen asleep, hence he did not respond to our calls on his landline, nor on his cell phone.
As this was the third time that such a thing had happened to this ohterwise excellent and very reliable masseuse, we decided that such irresponsible behaviour could no longer be tolerated.
